1. Scope of the GTC

The services provided by SARL MC VOTRE CONCIERGERIE BAGAGERIE . are governed by these "Terms of Use" .

The “General conditions of service” defined by SARL MC VOTRE CONCIERGERIE BAGAGERIE will be considered and considered to be an integral part of each individual storage contract and any other service finalized with the Client and cannot be dissociated from the contract itself.

Customers have the possibility of entering and leaving as many times as they wish between 8h and 22h provided they have a reservation in good and due form.

LATE WITHDRAWAL IN SELF-SERVICE LUGGAGE STORAGE

In the event of late withdrawal, SARL MC VOTRE CONCIERGERIE BAGAGERIE will bill the terminal overtime rate indicated in the rates directly on the terminal.

FORGOTTEN / FOUND LUGGAGE

For security reasons, any forgotten / unclaimed item or baggage will be destroyed 5 days after the end of the reservation.

- If the redirection of a forgotten item is requested, the Customer will bear all the costs, payable in advance. A fee of € 35 will be required, plus shipping costs, which depend on weight, destination and shipping method (regular mail, UPS, etc.).

PROHIBITED AND DANGEROUS ARTICLES

4. Scope of our responsibility

Our responsibility for the risks of loss or damage to your luggage during the period of storage in our premises and specifically attributable to the sole responsibility of SARL MC VOTRE CONCIERGERIE BAGAGERIE or its employees, will be governed by article no. 1768 and no. 1770 of the Civil Code and may in no case, under any objective and / or subjective circumstances, exceed the amount of 500.00 euros per piece of luggage covered by GENERALI insurance in these general conditions.

INSURANCE

Each piece of luggage stored on our company premises is covered by Generali insurance up to a maximum value of EUR 500.00 per item. This insurance cover will reimburse the customer for damage and / or loss directly attributable to SARL MC VOTRE CONCIERGERIE BAGAGERIE . within the aforementioned limits, as well as in the event of theft proven by third parties.

Such insurance is not available for gemstones, precious metals, watches, plasma screens, LCD screens, satellite navigation systems, mobile phones, PCs, tablets, jewelry, silver, glass, porcelain, works of art, antiques, documents or films, tapes, discs, memory cards or any other medium containing data or images. The above insurance options do not cover consecutive losses, delivery delays or losses resulting from a violation of your obligations under these general conditions and are not available for services which do not concern transport . COMPLAINTS

5. Settlement of disputes

These General Conditions of Sale are governed by and subject to French law.

They are written in French. In the event that they are translated into one or more foreign languages, only the French text will prevail in the event of a dispute.

The Customer is informed that he can in any event resort to any alternative method of dispute resolution (conciliation, for example) in the event of a dispute. Except for the provisions of any applicable rule; any dispute arising out of or in connection with this storage contract will be governed by Italian law.
